Simon Edwards first started his cooking career at the age of 14, working in a local pub on weekends where he discovered his passion and love for food. Since then he’s gone to work for amazing chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and Gary Rhodes. Now at the age of 28 he’s created The One Dining so you can enjoy his creative and tasteful cooking in your own home.
The One Dining is a private chef company created by chef Simon Edwards, each menu is bespokely made for the client. Wether it’s small dinner party for family and friends or a luxurious canapé party in the garden. All of our food is freshly prepared and cooked to a high standard with using the best ingredients locally and from around the world.
At The One Dining we cater for all different types of budgets so we have created different packages. You can choose a more relaxed homely feel or for a more formal dinner party we can supply waiting staff. We can also pair wines for you to match the food, we also supply plates, cutlery and glassware.
